Sweet Birch Child Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider, therefore we do not bill insurance. We do accept debit cards, Visa, MC, American Exp., HSA- Flexible Spending Cards and cash. Payment will be processed the day of your appointment.

$250 Family Therapy with multiple members (75 min)

$175 Individual Therapy (50 min) 

$ 0 (NO CHARGE) 50 min. Parent Consultations every 5 sessions their child completes

$85 Group Counseling  (per person)

$350 per hour for any and all court related work. (Treatment Summaries/Reports, Phone calls with Lawyer, Time in Court, Travel time etc...)

$175 per hour for Diagnostic Justifications and Treatment Summaries

Event Speaking (call for details)

$500 small groups 

$1000 large groups

Sports Team Consulting (Chapel, Motivational, Group, Personality/Team Dynamics)

$175 (60 min. with team or individual athlete)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please know that I value both your time and my time. When we set up a session, that time is set aside to focus on you along with additional time to prepare. This allows me to come to the session ready and to utilize our time as efficiently as possible. I understand emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. If you need to cancel due to illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule through Spruce. You can always text 317-434-8807.

To avoid being charged in full, please make sure you contact me at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.  No shows or last minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
